My Fit Long Life was created by Paul Allegro, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach with a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness.
My Fit Long Life is for people who want to feel better in their bodies, build healthier habits, and improve their quality of life — without extreme diets, quick fixes, or unrealistic expectations.
Why My Fit Long Life Exists
Before becoming a health coach, Paul spent years doing what so many people do — working hard, showing up for family, and managing everyday responsibilities. Over time, his own health became easier to postpone than to prioritize.
Wanting to better understand how real, lasting change happens, Paul first pursued professional training and certification as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. He then continued on to deepen his knowledge through formal education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness.
What ultimately made the difference wasn’t chasing perfection or overhauling everything at once. It was focusing on small, realistic changes — habits that fit into real life. Over time, those changes added up, leading to more energy, better health, and a renewed sense of balance.
That experience is the foundation of My Fit Long Life.
